SABA Engineering spearheaded the holistic redevelopment of Kitgum Main Market, managing design and construction supervision within the MATIP-2 initiative.

Undertaken by Saba Engineering, this project involved the comprehensive design and construction supervision for a diverse set of facilities, including a 5-star hotel, a 500-bed capacity referral hospital, a 40 MW solar power plant, an abattoir, an airstrip, and a training stadium with a sports academy. The scope encompassed detailed architectural and engineering design, bid document preparation, tender assistance, and meticulous oversight of construction activities for these multifaceted infrastructure developments.

Phase I – Detail Design

Conducted precise topographic surveys utilizing total station survey equipment.
Developed comprehensive architectural designs.
