Design & Construction Supervision

SABA Engineering led the design and construction supervision for the redevelopment of Kitgum Main Market under the Markets and Agricultural Trade Improvement Programme (MATIP-2), a flagship initiative aimed at improving urban markets and trade infrastructure in Uganda.

The project involved the transformation of the existing market into a modern, organized, and functional trading facility, designed to enhance sanitation, accessibility, and overall user experience for vendors and the community.

SABA Engineering delivered a fully integrated solution, managing the project from detailed design through to construction supervision, ensuring quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
