PILLAR 01
Free Technical Skills Development
Comprehensive four-month practical training in soil and construction materials testing, provided completely free of charge to young men and women from low-income families. Conducted year-round in three training batches at our accredited geotechnical laboratory, this long-standing programme equips participants with hands-on skills that directly enhance their employability and career prospects.

Educational Sponsorships
Support for academically outstanding students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We cover educational expenses and provide financial assistance throughout their university studies. Many beneficiaries have completed higher education and are now
