Since its establishment in 1992, SABA Engineering PLC has developed a highly experienced team of engineers, architects, planners, geologists, hydrologists, environmental and social specialists, quantity surveyors, project managers, construction supervisors, economists, procurement specialists, GIS and surveying experts, and other professionals covering virtually every discipline required for the planning, design, implementation, supervision, and management of infrastructure projects.
