The scope of works included the development of a double-layered asphalt concrete runway, taxiway, and apron, alongside supporting infrastructure such as access roads and operational facilities. SABA ensured strict adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards throughout the construction phase.
In addition to supervision, SABA Engineering managed contract administration processes, including the issuance of provisional and final acceptance certificates, as well as oversight during the defect liability period to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
