SABA Engineering is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting users, and ensuring that IT systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our IT infrastructure, providing day-to-day technical support, managing networks and servers, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and contributing to continuous improvements across our technology environment.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing servers, networks, and Active Directory; this is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, and backup solutions.
- A good understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively under pressure.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
